The documents Ive been waiting is still not delivered up unto now. It stay in your office for almost 2days.
The shipper paid an extra amount for that document to be delivered as soon as possible. From New York, the transaction history was very smooth but when it arrived in your office at Pasay City, the delay started. It says that it is out for delivery but after the ETA passed, you will just send an email that it will be deliver the next day.
I badly need the documents the shipper that had shipped to you. Have some consideration with the extra amount they paid just to expedite the delivery!!!

Poor customer service, hidden fees and long wait times.
Was shipped a free sample product directly from a factory in China for testing and review. Received the item 2 weeks after supposed delivery date.
Customs then changed the declared value and added to the tax and duties which came out higher than the suppose to be selling price if the product was to be sold.
Been trying to get in contact with fedex but no reply or feedback.
Suppose to be hassle free yet they kept emailing about random thing regarding delivery and customs. After submitting all requirements I got no further feedback or any of my questions answered.
Delivery was delayed 2 weeks and cost a delay with my work.
Besides that I dont understand why the fedex processing fee is not included in the initial payment. Was charge processing and entrance fee around 500php.
Extremely poor service, not hassle free and youd be better off with other companies who do a better job and give feedbacks.
Tracking app is also useless.

I need help with the regards to the parcel sent to me and it is from brazil. I just confirm if there is really a package for me, as per sender he paid all the shipment charges to be delivery in my home adress in davao city.
Somebody emailed me and telling it is from fedex and the email address used is suspicious and said uneed to pay to be delivered to my home address. Is there a payment need to be paid to be delivered in my home address?
Im sorry i do not have the tracking number and the sender is unable to get the tracking number when sending it. Please let me know if you have questions.

Verified Buyer |Fedex Hidden Charges! Does not deliver on time! NEVER USE!
Fedex has a hidden warehouse and document charge of at least 400 peso for all incoming packages to the Philippines.
They do not inform of this charge when a shipper "prepays" from another country.
The courier will not deliver your package until it is paid. So your shipment will not arrive on time if you are not physically there to pay these hidden fees.
The cost for a 100 gram paper envelope from North America was around 8000 pesos, guaranteed delivery.
Not delivered on time because of the ~570 peso "warehouse" fee and "document" fee that was covered by the 8000 pesos...
They pass this fee to their last leg courier. Who charges the customer.
Then gets reimbursed. Package will not get delivered unless it is already paid, or paid to the last leg courier on delivery.
For all online purchases, I specify no use of FedEx
Will not use again

Your delivery personnel was very rude. I was not able to get his name because he was rushing to leave but this is his phone number: 0962236****.
He kept complaining in a very rude manner that he waited for 30 minutes even when my sister was already apologizing for the delay and had proof that he only waited for 15 minutes. His voice and conduct were very disrespectful even saying that we should just wait for the re-delivery after 2 days since it was taking too much of his time bcos my sister was not able to immediately show him the email receipt from the payment. This email is an understatement of how offensive and arrogant he was.
Please do something about this. Thank you.
